Please read this notice carefully before using this website. By accessing it, you accept the terms below.

This policy explains what personal data W3 collects through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have. We collect as little as we need.

1. Who we are

W3 Digital Limited, a proposed company in Abu Dhabi Global Market, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in accordance with the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021. Questions can be sent to business@w3.im with “Privacy” in the subject line.

2. Data we collect

Register interest formName, institution, work email, institution type and any message you choose to send.
CorrespondenceThe content of emails you send us and our replies.
Technical dataIP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, recorded in server logs and strictly necessary cookies.

Please do not send us identity documents, account details or other sensitive data through this website.

3. How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and assess a potential relationship — our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
To update you on our launch where you have registered interest. You can opt out at any time.
To operate and secure this website — our legitimate interests.
To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or advertising profiling.

4. Who we share it with

Only where needed: service providers that host this website and handle our email and records, under contracts that require them to protect it; our professional advisers; and courts, regulators or law enforcement where the law requires.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside ADGM. Where they do, we transfer it only to jurisdictions recognised as adequate, or under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a client relationship begins or the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to staff who need it, under role-based controls and logging.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

Erase it
Restrict or object to processing
Receive it in a portable format
Withdraw consent

Email business@w3.im to make a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the ADGM Office of Data Protection.

9. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
